    HSN - Automotive current sensors

    The HSN current sensors series is purpose-built for electronically measuring DC, AC, or pulsed currents in high-power, low-voltage automotive applications, ensuring galvanic separation between the primary circuit (high power) and the secondary circuit (electronic circuit).

    One of the distinctive features of the HSN series is its ability to provide various current measuring ranges within the same housing.

    Within this series, the HSNBV Series is specifically tailored for Battery Management Systems (BMS), while the HSNDR Series is designed to meet the requirements of automotive motor control applications.

    These automotive current sensors of the HSN series operate based on the open-loop Hall effect principle, ensuring precise and reliable current measurements in automotive applications.

    • Unipolar +5 V DC power supply
    • Maximum RMS primary admissible current: defined by busbar to have T < +150 °C
    • Operating temperature range: ?40 °C < T < 125 °C
    • Output voltage: full ratio-metric (in sensitivity and offset)
