    FRS - Open Loop Coreless Integral Sensors

    The FRS Series consists of open?loop, coreless integral current sensors designed for accurate measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents, while ensuring full galvanic isolation between primary and secondary circuits. Using OLCI (Open Loop Coreless Integral) technology, FRS sensors deliver high reliability and stability in demanding industrial, traction, and trackside environments.

    With a measuring capability of up to 9000 A, the FRS Series is built for high?current applications where compact integration is essential. These sensors feature a 104 mm aperture and are available with either a 4–20 mA current output or a 0–5 V instantaneous voltage output, offering flexibility for control, monitoring, and protection systems.

    • Hall effect Open Loop Coreless Integral (OLCI) current sensor
    • Unipolar or bipolar measurement up to 9000 A
    • Instantaneous outputs: 4–20 mA current output or 0–5 V voltage output
    • +12 V or +24 V DC power supply
    • Galvanic isolation between primary and secondary circuits
    • Factory calibrated
    • High bandwidth > 1 MHz
    • Very low delay time (< 400 ns)
